India counts to the largest countries of the world, her real economical growth of the past ten years is over 8% p.a.and the buying power of the people has nearly doubled since the millenium change. „Under such aspects it is interesting for German entrepreneurs to engage themselves with the potential and the chances of the Indian market", explains Economical Development Boss Jürgen Steinmetz. The Economicval Development Department of the Rhine County Neuss informs about a virtual office under the name of Indo-German-Office-NRW, an internet-platform of the globally active enterprise Diamant The Metalplastic Co. of Moenchengladbach for enterprises and universities to ease their market entry to India. „The Indo-German Office is an interface betweeen science and economy in NRW", explains Achim Schulz, Managing Partner of Diamant The Metalplastic Co. The technical competence for the Internet-Office under http://igo-nrw.de is given by the Indo-German Institute of Technologies (IGIT) at the Technological Universit in Bangalore, India, initiated by Achim Schulz. Already in the year 2002 Rhine County Neuss laid the foundation stone together with Achim Schulz for contacts to India.
